I didn't start True Hue because I loved fashion. I started it because I knew what it felt like to lose confidence — to look in the mirror and feel disconnected from myself.
After becoming a single mother, my whole world lost balance and I felt like I had hit rock bottom. But, because I had a life depending on me I knew I had to fight it and be better for her. I worked a lot on my inner world, my identity had shifted and I knew I had grown stronger, but the way I saw and presented myself no longer reflected the woman I was becoming. This was when I discovered color analysis. I was hesitant to book a session at first because I didn't know if it was legit and it was quite costly. But because i was desperate for change I ended up booking and while it wasn't an instant glow up. Every color that made me glow showed me my potential. It then gave me clarity. It helped me feel present, intentional, and recognizable to myself again.
What surprised me most was that the transformation wasn't just about looking better. It was about understanding why certain colors worked and others didn't — having the language and the tools to make confident choices on my own. As an analyst, I don't wear my palette 100% of the time. But, having the confidence to choose and knowing how to present myself in a way i feel comfortable in has made all the difference.
That personal experience became the heart of True Hue. I don't just hand you a palette and send you home. I help you understand your colors so deeply that you become your own analyst — because the real goal isn't dependence. It's confidence that lasts long after the session ends.
